HeliTrain is the only dedicated training provider of quality helicopter pilot training in Hamilton, Waikato. Everyone has different ways and speeds of learning and therefore we offer a tailored approach to each individual. We have a strong safety culture and together with your fellow students and other local pilots you will become part of a very close knit local community of helicopter pilots. This is great for sharing knowledge and experience, learning from those who are, or were recently at a similar level, but most importantly having a few laughs with!
Our modern purpose built training facility is at the busy Hamilton Airport adjacent to the main passenger terminal – the busy air traffic control zone provides outstanding real training that sets professional helicopter pilots up for the rest of their career.
